How to send logs to Mudita via Mudita Center

In a few posts I’ve asked our Mudita Pure Users to send logs from their phone to Mudita vis Mudita Center in order for our tech team to get a better idea about any given issue that you might be experiencing. Here is a step-by-step guide how to do it:

  1. connect your Pure to a computer where you have installed Mudita Center. Open Mudita Center (make sure it’s the most recent version of Mudita Center).
  2. Once your phone is connected in Mudita center, click “Help”. A new window will appear.
  3. Click the button marked below:
  4. Fill out the form with your email address. In the message field put the serial number of your phone.

You can find the serial number of your phone after you click “About your Pure” on the main page of Mudita Center (as shown below).

5. Click SEND
This will allow us to understand either there’s an issue with the phone, antenna, network, software etc. and hopefully to find a fix for this.


I’m going to bump up this thread because sending logs to Mudita is really crucial for our tech team to be able to fix all the bugs the come up in the MuditaOS.
Whenever you feel like you Mudita Pure is experiencing some issues, one of the first things we would like you to do is transmit logs to Mudita via Mudita Center.
This helps our devs to recreate the issue & come up with a solution.


Is there a step missing between 3 and 4? How do I go from “help” to “form”?

If you click the symbol marked with an arrow in step 3, it opens a form in yet another new window and automatically attaches the logs, you just have to put the serial number there in the message part and click send. At least it works for me :slight_smile:
