Hi guys, if you’re logging into your account & are not seeing your orders, please don’t be alarmed. Our eCommerce manager has informed me that we are currently in the process of a software migration. If you log into your account & do not see any pending orders, please don’t worry. If you have an e-mail confirmation you’re all set. Once the software is updated, everything will be as it should. We apologize for the inconvenience. Everything should be working properly very soon.
I’m going to bump this thread up because I noticed that people are still experiencing some issues.
We are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
Hi there,
I just realised that no orders are showing yet on my account. Should this issue be fixed by now?
Thank you.
Hi Cate,
There is an open thread with information about it. I hope it helps.
@cate & @roberto Our Mudita team, who is working on this project, are just about finalizing this. The merge should be finished in about a week & all the orders should be visible.
Hi guys! I know it’s been a while since we started this eCommerce upgrade, however, today I am HAPPY to announce that the upgrade is done & the merging of orders is complete. Customers who already had accounts set up on the original platform should now be able to see their order history when they log in.
Of course if you experience any issues, please let us know, as we value your feedback.
It is working perfectly here. Thank you.
@urszula: I just logged in and went to https://store.mudita.com/sales/order/history/ but got this:
Error 503 Backend fetch failed
Backend fetch failed
Guru Meditation:
XID: 12321251
Varnish cache server
How do I ‘varnish’ the cache server? Also, should I be meditating when I do so, even though I am not a guru?
@kirkmahoneyphd That’s definitely an interesting error message. Let me get the devs on this & see what’s going on.
I tried again to visit my orders at the Mudita Store and again got the same type of error message:
Error 503 Backend fetch failed
Backend fetch failed
Guru Meditation:
XID: 14490514
Varnish cache server
@kirkmahoneyphd Thanks for reporting this again. I’m passing this on.
Question to other users: is anyone else seeing this?
It is all normal here.
I ordered a Mudita Kompact, but no orders are showing in my account dashboard. I came on here to see if others were experiencing the same issue. This thread is only one of a few dating back to 2022 with customers being reassured that it was due to a new ecommerce system being deployed.
Well, it’s now 2.5 – 3 years since those discussions and there are still no orders showing.
Why is Mudita incapable of getting its web operations together? The technical specification of the Kompact don’t mention the weight, the exact bluetooth version or the PPI. And nearly three years after this supposed eCommerce upgrade, the backend orders system isn’t working.
What the hell is going on Mudita?
Did you make your account after ordering the Kompakt? Because that’s my case and therefore my order cannot be shown in my account.
@thurakanda I placed the order and at the end it there was a button to create account. If Mudita’s ecommerce system only shows orders if people create an account before ordering, then it’s face palm time. I really hope that’s not the case.
It is exactly how I did it, then I contacted the customer service that my order won’t show up on my account and they said that I should’ve made the account before. Therefore it won’t show up. But I should not worry as long as I got an order confirmation e-mail.
If you checked out as guest first and then created an account afterwards then this is pretty common among ecommerce sites. You can also just ask them for the weight and bluetooth version. There’s really no need for it to be “face palm time”.
After those questions were asked on this forum, Ursala clarified those details. She also mentioned that the tech specs would be updated on the website. They still haven’t been. The point is that it’s just sloppy. Attention to detail seems lacking. Anyway, the issue is not with ability to create an account, it’s with associating an account with an order. Those other sites you mentioned, they do manage that.
I didn’t need Urszula to tell me that- Google search tells me the same thing. Maybe I’m an outlier, but I have used many websites where my order doesn’t appear because I chose to sign up at the end rather than order while I’m logged in. Of course they will make mistakes. We all do. And maybe they need reminders sometimes. But for such a small team, I think they are very communucative. And they are always happy to listen and help out as best as they can- which is more than I can say for most companies. Hopefully you can find it in you to show them a little mercy.
I can only confirm this, when I raised the question about my order they were quick to reply and confirm that everything is alright with my order and I’ll get updates about shipping in e-mail anyways. So I am just waiting patiently and I am not worrying about the order. Anyways I’ll have to practice patience with the Kompakt too
