Where do I check my confirmed order? I was one of the first on Kickstarter

I also was one of the first to order on Kickstarter.com, and I can check on the status of my order by logging back in to Kickstarter.

@somastudy Have you checked your Kickstarter account? All your info should be there. We will also be sending out emails once your order ships.

Just a bit on an update on this. We did get some reports that orders are not showing up. We are currently working to get everything fixed and as it should be. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have a message for you and other backers—and I hope it’s a good one 
We can see that you—along with many others—are truly looking forward to receiving your Kompakt, and we’re doing everything we can to ship the devices as quickly as possible. Our warehouse will be dispatching orders today until 10:00 PM, and we hope that by the end of the day, all Kickstarter orders will have been picked up by couriers.
Indiegogo orders are now being prepared for shipping, and we expect all of them to be sent out by the end of Thursday.We plan to begin shipping pre-orders placed on mudita.com on Friday and complete them next week.
Please remember that these are our plans and goals, not binding commitments. We cannot rule out unexpected complications that may delay the shipping process. If any arise, we’ll let you know.
One thing we can promise: we’re doing everything in our power to get Kompakt into your hands as quickly as possible—and we won’t stop until that happens.

Almost 10pm in Poland , I got no email notification yet lol, crossing my fingers, at least I am confident my phone will be shipping out before the end of the week

My NA Kompakt order just disappeared from the website. Ordered on mudita.com 4/3/25, I’ve already reached out to support but just trying to boost. It was there earlier this week I believe.

Once you manage to ship all NA Kompakts (yay!) will the team be looking into the missing orders? I have received my Global Kompakt, but would prefer to see the order in my Mudita account should I ever have any issues. Weirdly, I have made 4x orders from Mudita and only 2x are showing; my first order, a Harmony, may be because I didn’t create an account first to be fair. But I definitely had an account when I ordered the Kompakt (not showing) and separately a case for the Kompakt (showing)

Definitely! We’re investigating this bug, but for now main focus is getting all the Kompakts into your hands.
