There are some hacks for KaiOS as well, but I wouldn’t expect much from the developers side. It really starts to feel like a dead project.

I have recieved my Kompakt and really like it.
However im getting way less out of a battery charge than I expected.
Im just getting a day.
I did sideload whatsapp. But Im only using it for occasional messaging , Not calls. Could that have done it?
I was expecting a few days on a charge. Im really not using the phone much at all.
Could I have a faulty battery ?

i have sideload telegram and whastapp and f-droid/aurora store and 75% today last full charge friday

Hi , One thing im struggling to figure out.
How can I put files like Mp3 onto the Kompakt. I dont see a file manager on the phone or a way to see files on the phone. Is there a Windows desktop apllication? Caveman in the house here.

its just and normal android connect and transfer , or you can use mudita center

That almost certainly why. if you want to check if its a battery issue, best bet would be to remove all the sideloaded apps, and re-test without them for a bit.

Does whatsapp draw lots of power even when not in use? Iliterally only sent and recieved a few messages with it.

This is strange. I would try a factory reset. One day with just occasional whatsapp messages seems off.

So I just got my kompakt.
First of all, I have turned off vibration in sound settings, set to never but I still get vibration when receiving sms.
Also ringtones need some update, there is almost none (just one) that would be chill or minimalistic, they all scream so loud and with such high tones it hurts 
There is just one with a bit lower tones but it’s quite long, hope in the future there will be more of ringtones

Second day with Mudita Kompakt, today i only have vibration when receiving sms or calls, nothing was changed from my side, any ideas what could happened?

@kirkmahoneyphd I think it will be on the move now, we had a long weekend in Poland & I think this may have affected any parcels which went out last week.

I can see alot of things in the system works at random,
i’ve been smsing back and forth this morning with my friend, only had vibration without sound even though its not silenced or anything, volume is at max.
After he sent me a picture i started receiving sound notification on his next sms while vibration has disabled itself so it was back to what was expected.
This time i was locking the phone i had a vibration while doing so, even though its all disabled in settings since yesterday.

And im back to vibration only, nothing was changed, phone was lying on the desk and suddenly next sms message was vibration only.
Also each time i get a notification my music stops, i have to open spotify and start it again.

This time music started itself after being stopped because of notification.

i got an email from UPS saying it will be delivered tomorrow, so either the tracking is a little delayed or they expect itll be in the country overnight 
so looks like its all good

Update on notifications issue.
Now i got both sound and vibration.
Can i have some update on this? Has this been already reported by others and is being worked on?
I dont want to send the phone back and spend another months looking for different one, i like it but seems that system is not ready for a release…

I cannot have sound on at work or some situations and right now it is totally random changing with every few notifications…
Along with other options like vibration on the locking the device, randomly stopping music on notification whether it is a sound or vibration…
I just had a call where i had only vibration without sound even though i did not disable sound since i got it yesterday and all vibration in sound and keyboard settings are off.
