@topo Then yes, getting an exchange could be beneficial. I used Kompakt all over Padova & never had any issues. It could be your unit.

@urszula Ok, thank you for the information. I’ll try to solve this in a WINDTRE (my carrier) service point otherwise I’ll arrange a solution with customer service. They just told me also that a replacement is possible, it would be the best option for me, I can’t wait to be able to use my Kompakt as my main and only device! Thank you very much for your availability and support :blush:

Hi, I keep having the problem with tethering via USB, every time I unlock the phone tethering goes off. Is anyone able to reproduce this behavior?

That’s odd. I’m going to test this out. I haven’t experienced this, but then again, I usually just WiFi Tether. I will report this to the devs right away.
