Is there any news on the alarm issue?
I almost overslept today due to the Mudita alarm not going off. It showed the alarm screen, but no sound at all. The alarm volume was almost maxed out in the settings, but I was in Offline+ mode.
Does anybody know how to solve this (@urszula)? Is it a matter of the Offline mode?
You should be able to test whether Offline+ mode caused the alarm not to occur.
- Set an alarm in the near future (e.g., five minutes from now), put the Kompakt in Offline+ mode, and see what happens.
- Then, set another alarm in the near future, put the Kompakt in Connected mode, and see what happens.
@andrewh How long has it been since you received your Mudita Kompakt.
@brathering I’m asking the team about this. I am very fortunate because I’ve been using the alarm on Mudita Kompakt & even most recently- when traveling to Istanbul- I used it to make sure we caught an early ferry and I had no issues- But I don’t use that Offline+ mode so much.
I did that yesterday, it worked in Offline+ mode. So it seems to be an issue that mostly occurs when the phone is unused for a longer time before the alarm goes off (maybe also an important information for you, @urszula).
A week today. So not too long yet.
I am doing this and its not working I get the message: Android device is either busy or not connected, I am using my macbook, honestly it is quite annoying that simple things like connecting to a computer don’t work, the mudtia center is broken, like come one guys this stuff has to work out of the box

I have a quick shipping related question. Somehow i have already managed to crack my screen protector. So I figured i would order another. However whilst €10 for the protector is reasonable… €29 for uk delivery is not ok. Is this some sort of mistake?
Nice! I can not find that app on my Macbook (2017) Mac OS 12.7.6 though.
How can I find it?

Hi there. I have sent back my Mudita Kompakt following instructions from customer service from Mudita. The Item has arrived at Mudita more than 14 days ago at this point, and after 5 follow-up emails to know about the status of my 14 days return, I haven’t heard ANYTHING from customer support. This is getting worrysome. Can you please contact me?

@alboz & @anon80904485 I’m sorry for all the delays. I know it’s not an excuse- but we are dealing with a higher than expected volume of customer service messages at the moment. I’ve reached out to our team to see if we can speed things up a bit. Again, sorry for the delays. It’s been a bit of a whirlwind here on the forum as well.
Hello, When I switch on my Kompakt I get the following message on the home screen, “intent filter verification service app stopped working”, I click the only option, close app and then that’s it. It has started to appear more frequently at different times. Is this something anyone else has experienced or an obvious cause or solution known? Thanks!

I just received my new Mudita Kompakt phone, and I cannot get past a black screen with the Mudita logo. I insterted my sim card and followed the instructions, but when it started the first time, a “system error” notification appeared, then it turned off, and when I tried turning it on again, same thing happened. I never even managed to set up wi-fi or language, so for now, this is quite a disappointing experience, especially after reading good reviews about the device…
I sent a support ticket and I hope to receive a solution soon please.

Hiya, two questions:
- I must have turned on the phone last time with Offline+ enabled (I don’t recall), anyways today when I disabled Offline+ after night, the phone showed a screen I haven’t seen before. Recommended reboot with a hint saying that it’s better to turn the phone on with Offline+ disabled (slider up). What does it have to do with each other? I attempted a screenshot but failed.
- Is that black screen as designed? Shows up for me (Play) after booting up and unlocking the SIM card with PIN.
