Is it normal for the Maps app on the Kompakt to “blink” (buildings and streets become black) periodically?
I would like to be able to delete the meditation cards from the built in e-reader, and change the default screen saver to a custom image (instead of the Mudita Kompakt branding with the lock icon.

I was told by support that my device (global version) was to be sent to me (in Germany) on the 14.05. As I had not received the device and not even a tracking number about a week later, I contacted support. I get that they are flooded with mails, so I was patient until two days ago when I wrote them again.
Now 15 days have passed since supposed shipment and I have not received the phone, a tracking number or a reply from support. I also wrote Urszula, but then saw that she is on a well-earned vacation.
The original ticket number (in which I was told the shipping date and that I replied to afterwards) was 32076.
Hope you can help.

Hello. I put in a couple of tickets to return my product. Hope somebody can help me. My question has anyone else returned their product and did support help in timely manner?
Got my phone today in the US, and it oddly included the packing list for all my accessories but none of them were in the box.
I added 1 screen protector and 1 case when backing on Kickstarter, which is on the same packing list as the phone (but not in the box) and then placed a second order for adding 2 more cases. Oddly that packing list was also in the box with the phone but none of those phone cases either? lol
EDIT: Also, I ordered it in Natural White which is what the packing slip says but there was a Pebble Gray in the box. Is it possible someone else got my box and my packing slip was in the wrong box? =|
I had a simpler situation (one Kompakt + one case, but only the Kompakt in the box). I recommend that you write to support@mudita.com. Eventually @urszula was able to expedite the shipment of the missing case, after I had created a ticket through that email address.
Hopefully they can also ship me the correct color phone with the missing cases haha
How do we get the photos from our device? The Mudita center only allows me to delete. I’ve also tried to go to the Mudita drive and search the photos folder but it only has an empty thumbnail in the folder.
