I have this notification stuck on my lockscreen that says “4 unread SMS” but it’s not true, I don’t have any messages. When I do recieve messages, it adds to the number. For example if I get 2 messages it reads “6 unread SMS”. Does anyone else have this issue?

What worked for me was enabling Offline+ and then going to the SMS app. When I did that, some unread group messages appeared. After I opened those, the notification disappeared from the lock screen.

@rookang777 - similar here, I have one unread message, but thats not true.
@denguefeber - I have tried your method, but it did not work, the information about 1 unread message still appears…
But it might have something to do with Offline+ mode - I rarely use it, I have used it this night and when I went back to normal mode, the 1 unread message appeared.
