Voicemail. Every other phone I’ve ever owned (I think 12 since high school) has had built in voicemail support. You get notifications when you get a new voicemail, and a single button to press to open it. I had no idea that I wasn’t getting voicemail notifications until a friend asked me about a voicemail they left me. This is a major problem, considering you don’t tell customers that voicemail doesn’t work how it does on just about every other phone in the market.

@thisissami This has been covered previously on the FORUM, but generally, VM is handled by the network provider, not the phone manufacturer. The network provider handles HOW the device is notified that you have a VM. Sometimes, the set up is seamless because if you buy a phone from a network provider store, all those phones sold in that store are already are set up to work with that provider.
