I have attempted numerous times, using .vcf files created several different ways. Each time, the Mudita Center tells me “Loading” and “This will only take a moment.” Even after all night, the process has not completed. Help!

@rrprewett Thank you for reaching out. Can I please ask what version of MuditaOS is on your Kompakt & what version of Mudita Center you are using?
@rrprewett I also reached out to our team about your issue & they asked if it would be possible for you to send LOGS to our tech support. You can do it directly from Mudita Center- they attach every time you open a support ticket in Mudita Center.

I’m using Mudita Center version 4.0.0 and I just updated to the latest Mudita OS. I am going to attempt importing contacts again. How long does it usually take?

It all depends on how many contacts you have.
Did you manage to submit your logs to our team via Mudita Center? I would encourage you to do that, if you haven’t already done so, just to rule out any other issues that may be happening.
Thanks to the helpful suggestions from the support team, I was able to clean up the problematic issues on my file – and now all the contacts are on my phone!
