Hi Everyone. I noticed that there was an unusual amount of posts reporting bugs in Mudita Center. I’ve talked to our team & they said that it would be great if the users, who are experiencing issues, could report those specific bugs via Mudita Center- which will also allow you to send logs in with your bug report.
Here’s how to do it:
- Open Mudita Center:
- Head over to Mudita Help Center
- Then click on CONTACT SUPPORT
This will open up a dialog box where you can explain what’s happening & give all the specifics of your situation. The app will automatically attach logs from Mudita Center to help diagnose the problem quicker.
