So I am trying to add music to my kompakt, it has connected to the Mudita Center and it shows photo and e-reader but no where to add any of my my music, any ideas what is going on?

My understanding is that currently you need to manually transfer music files. Treat it as an external drive.

I Inserted an SD with all my music on it, just make sure the files are on “Music” folder

There is no music funtionality in the Mudita center app. Apparently this is coming. If you use Windows you can use your Kompakt as an external drive. Mac requires software like OpenMTP, which requires some tinkering.

I had the same question - Use OpenMTP and download music using a downloader link. Then drag and drop! I would organize by folders on the computer to make it more cohesive!

The Mudita Center team is catching up to the Mudita Kompakt team
There should be an update in about a month.
In the meantime- you could use explorer:

You can’t use a Macbook to do the same?

You can. It just works slightly different since Apple devices not always like non-Apple devices. Another user wrote a guide on how to transfer files to/from Macs. Customer support thread (all questions welcome) - #154 by denguefeber

@anon7028788 I don’t know. You’re gonna laugh at me…but I’ve never used a macbook. The last time I had any kind of contact with an apple product I think I was 14. (It’s bad I know).
