Anyone else having this problem? My kompakt has a 256 gigabyte SD card in it but it doesn’t not know it does. I cannot download music on it or even the maps. I had the maps downloaded as well as my entire music library but they are all gone from the phone now. Here’s a photo to show what I’m seeing. I have already taken out the tray and re inserted it, and restarted the phone, to no avail.
