The Ultra-low SAR antenna does have something to do with it, but mainly the problems are in the US, where the carriers basically control the cell phone market. @Jose_Briones & I wrote about this

And the thing about the PTCRB certification is that only some North American cellular operators rely on it. This is very true. Carriers in the United States are very anti consumer and they do pick “winners and losers.” Unless you are willing to prioritize their needs and those of the US market (which a small startup can find difficult to do), you will be left out. TMobile is the only one that’s decently reasonable with the whole thing and even they block certain parts of their networks. It’s a mess tbh.

I don’t know if it’s like this in Canada, but the US cell phone market is hell for a small startup like Mudita.
