What a sad reflection of the society we live in. I believe it will only get worse, the further we go with the development of artificial intelligence.
I personally feel we hit peak development of technology in the late 90’s early 2000’s, in terms of communication devices, back then the mobile phone was just a tool, and there was lots of innovation and interesting designs, instead of the boring glass slab many people are compelled to be constantly glued to today, they are nothing more than an addictive , data ming , tracking device, sold to us as providing a feature or something we desperately need, when in reality we don’t need at all.
Thank god for companies like Mudita who offer alternative options
