WiFi Disconnecting/Connecting Constantly

Hi everyone,

My Kompakt seems to have developed an issue where my wifi keeps disconnecting, then connecting again over and over. I thought I had resolved it with a restart of the phone yesterday, but it seems to be doing it again today.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?

I sometimes get disconnected randomly even though I know the signal should be strong, annoying

Looks like some router’s issue. I have never experienced WiFi issues

For context my home network is mesh wifi with multiple access points - I wonder if the Kompakt is struggling between the different APs… although literally all my other home devices work without an issue.

I feel like the problem only started recently too, which is interesting.

I’m having that issue - my new Kompakt on the latest OS version does not pick the AP with the highest signal strength, which is strange. My mesh is Netgear and standing under an AP it reports “No internet” yet gives me full bars when I move to another AP in the house. I have a WiFi scanner and the signal strength is 87% with 54 db SNR on 5GHz and 97% with 69 dB SNR on 2.4GHz. I hesitant to keep the phone with this level of performance. (FYI the SSID is the same from AP to AP)

Check the time on your Kompakt - if it is incorrect that can affect network connectivity
