I have had my phone for 3 days now and to say the least it is a disappointment.
It has so many issues, so I thought maybe it is because I need to do the latest update. I have been trying all morning and it will not install.

Hey @ziva sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues. First, please make sure you have installed the latest version of Mudita Center.
If it happened, please try to reset your phone and connect to the computer nad Mudita Center.
If this didn’t help please let me know and I’ll guide you through the next steps.

I have managed the update now. I took out my SIM and it worked. Now to see if it improves the phone enough for it to be useable
