How do I access the APN settings if they’re not there @Ursula I know there is a video of you showing how to do it but there’s no way for me to do it and I’m contemplating returning the phone, but I’m not giving up yet

Do you have a SIM card installed? I know you mentioned to be that you were trying to find a network provider that works.
If you have a SIM card installed, then the APN settings (Access Point Names) are located in the advanced settings.
SETTINGS>>>Network & Internet>>>Mobile Network>>>Advanced
It’s a button on the bottom of the page.
