When I click on “Software Update” I still get the April 24th update… “Mudita OS K is up to date. What’s the problem? Should I keep waiting?”

@dawidmroz1990 It looks like you didn’t do the previous update. To get to 1.20, you first need to go through version 1.1.1 (from April 24) and then you’ll be able to update. It’s sequential.

Current version 24 April 2025

I have been smashing the update button since the morning lol.
Is there any reason for this? should we keep waiting?

yeah, same here. I am also stuck on the 1.1:1 from 24th April 2025. It is kind of baffling, since for me the phone is kind of unusable in proper sense without this update which to be honest I more view as what should be the stock status of the device (apart from the sideloading 3rd party apps) so I was so eager to get it. Yesterday it was boom the update is here. Yeaaah, huraay, finally. Well, not for you, global version. Ok, I can wait one day more. And today I was really excited to finally download it and use the device with somehow better potential but I guess not for me again Well, worse things happen but I am kind of frustrated

I would check if you are desperate for any of the updates, there are a few bugs in this update that have made the phone unusable; namely SMS crashing and SD card not showing in storage, not being able to access photos/downloads.

Thank you, I am aware of these bugs but these does not concern my use case that much and I would still benefit much more from updating then suffer from these bugs. Thank you though

Finally (around 9:30 PM), the software update option appeared. It says the update is from July 22nd. Is that correct? I’m asking because the NA update was supposed to be July 22nd and the Global update was July 23rd. So shouldn’t it say the software update is from July 23rd since I’m from Poland?

Please let me know if you know the reason why the software update option appeared so late.

Hi, can confirm I have the update as well. Would also be curious about the delay in our cases.

@sannasanna & @dawidmroz1990 I asked our team about this & they said that the date 22.07 is the timestamp from the system build – the global and NAM versions were built one after the other on 22.07. Yesterday, the global version was RELEASED, not built, hence the discrepancy in dates.
