Are there any calendar apps that you can set up to use an iOS calendar’s data?

Here comes some good news for those using Tuta Mail and Calendar. With the new update to Version 1.5.0 the Tuta app is working finally

@grilledcheesebb I’m using OneCalendar (onecalendar.nl), which gives me the best interoperability option for Apples ecosystem and my family sharing calendars. It’s working like s harm

Agreed. OneCalendar is ace. Its sibling OneTask is also excellent. (Integration with online calendars, NextCloud etc. is solid.) There’s a developer who deserves a donation.
