Sideload Apps for Mudita Kompakt with Mac

Hello, I recently got my Kompakt. So far I like it. What is missing thou is WhataAPP for me and maybe 1 or 2 other apps. Is here someone who can explain as easy as possible how to get those apps sideloaded? It really has to be super easy and best with links if this is possible does someone know?
