I just received my Kompakt (NA optimized). As I was trying to switch my e-sim from iPhone, At&t does not recognize my IMEI. Do you have any solution to make the switch? Do I need to switch from e-sim to a physical sim?

I just received my Kompakt (NA optimized). As I was trying to switch my e-sim from iPhone, At&t does not recognize my IMEI. Do you have any solution to make the switch? Do I need to switch from e-sim to a physical sim?
I’m not 100% sure about this, but I think if you order a physical SIM you might have better luck. I’ve heard that if it doesn’t work activating a physical SIM in your phone, you can instead activate it in any other phone (or even activate it using one of the display phones in store) and it will then work in your Kompakt.
I asked our team if this is something we are aware of.

I am also an att customer, and my physical simcard worked with the device once, but never again. I am hoping its a mudita issue, so I don’t have to get a new phone #, wait on a sim card, or deal with att in general.
I have decided to get a second SIM card at the moment to make the phone usable and resolve this in the long run. I will keep you updated with the process.
Update. I set up the device successfully with Mint Mobile (T-Mobile network). Seems like there are issues with both Verizon and At&t at the moment.
