I shipped my return back yesterday via USPS. Hoping it doesn’t get returned back to me as well.
I reached out on Sunday with a return ticket and Monday about recommended shipping methods. I haven’t heard anything. I don’t mind waiting for a reply, but just want to confirm - I should get an email from the ticket? The ticket system isn’t letting me login to see it (won’t accept my login or allow me to password reset), so I just want to make sure I didn’t miss a reply.

Just want to make a note here, I was looking for a return, no response from customer service when I put in a request to return. Hi there,
I have had similar issues with not being able to hook up my Kompakt to Verizon. I have tried over the phone and in person. Both times they have said that the device is not compatible with the Verizon network. As I tried to ship it back via USPS and it did not work, they sent it back to me, I am thinking of possibly trying to switch my cellular provider. I have looked into Mint Mobile which use the T-mobile coverage. It says on their website when I entered in my Kompakt’s IMEI # that my device is compatible. I am thinking this might be my best option as successfully returning the Kopmpakt seems unlikely. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with texting on the Kompakt. Does group messaging work? I stay in contact with a lot of people that way and will need this to work on the device. However, I can’t test the device because it won’t hook up to Verizon. Before I make the carrier switch, I am hoping to get some people’s ideas on how texting works on the Kompakt.
@hburnsy I have Mint Mobile and just setup my Kompakt this week. So far so good, but I have side-loaded a few things to optimize the experience per others’ recommendations. For example, Quik is a great texting option that solves the quirks that people have been happening with group conversations. But even with the native texting app, people have been able to make things work it sounds like (for example, when group conversations disappear, people have noted that if they add a blocked number then remove it, it brings the conversations back.) Mudita has also noted that fixes are coming for these issues. So I’d recommend go with Mint Mobile and give it a try!
Edit: I also sideloaded FUTO keyboard which works great and has speech to text!
Those shipping costs are just RIDICULOUS honestly, I remember last year when I got the Pure I faced the same issue with the ridiculous cost of returning the device, Mudita needs to put a disclaimer on their website about what these costs can be. My advice sell your phone here on the Mudita forum or Reddit

This is a shipper that specializes shipping parcels to Poland.
My situation is even worse: USPS accepted my shipment, it went to Poland, Poland rejected it, and then USPS lost it. I tried an international claim, but it was denied, and the USPS website won’t let you make a claim on an international package. Now I just have to hope I can go to the local post office for help, otherwise I’m out the cost of the phone as well as $84 in failed “shipping”
@urszula I reached out to the support team two weeks ago to send back my device and still haven’t got any response from them. Im waiting for a confirmation from them before sending back my device. Could you please let me know what’s going on ?
@romerokcmo I’m so sorry about this. Why did Poland reject this? Did they give a reason? Is it because of the battery? Let me see what our customer support can do at this point.
