Just to let people know its is costing me $267 through UPS to return from the US

Guess I can’t return it. Now you need a TAX ID to give to customs and if it gets stuck in customs you have to pay to ship it back to your home. THIS IS INSANE. Not sure is this is because of tariffs. @robert_gwarek @urszula Do you guys have this TAX ID?

@anon80904485 Have you tried USPS. The price you quoted sounds super high. There are people who have returned Kompakt, I have not seen anyone post about paying such a high price.

I have not gotten a quote from USPS. Just a question (happened before) if USPS looses the package on the way to Poland what happens?

@minimalist4life I know you’re in Canada- but when you returned PURE- I’m curious how much did you pay? What courier company did you use? It might help some users who are getting high quotes from shippers in their area.
I didn’t return it, via UPS it was very expensive, I ended up selling it on reddit

I recall sending a package from Chicago to Warsaw & it was around $40-50 via FedEx (But that was a few years ago)
Yep. It was quite a shock yesterday. I might just have to eat this cost

@seasidetrumpet don’t give up. USPS should be even cheaper than FedEx.
Mine was $84 to return via USPS with tracking and insurance. I submitted a complaint form with it because my device would not connect to my network and is therefore defective. I hope all of my shipping will be refunded because otherwise this will have been a thoroughly disappointing experience.

Thank goodness it is not just me. I was told (at a local shipping store) that my shipping cost would be about $275 to ship two phones back. I’m going to check out USPS directly today as well, and I will report back with the cost.

Okay, So I do not know if things have changed in the last two years. Just got back from the USPS and they will not ship a cell phone to Poland. Apparently it is because of Battery regulations. They said and I quote " You will need to go through UPS if you want to get this to Poland."

I’m not sure I have. It’s still not showing as having moved anywhere and I dropped it off 47 hours ago. I think both Mudita and the USPS have cheated me out of over $400 and saddled me with an e-ink brick. I’m going to write very candid reviews on every site I find that the device WILL NOT connect to the Verizon network despite a tech working on it with me in person, and how Mudita does not provide return shipping. Extremely disappointed in this entire process so far.
