Research Suggests a Positive Correlation between Social Interaction and Health

We need to learn to be more human as the more time we spend socialising online, the more unwell it might be making us. Offline social interactions should be encouraged.

This is of course much more difficult during a pandemic! How have you dealt with physical (rather than social) distancing? Have you been spending more or less time on your phone? Have you made any changes to your social circles due to restrictions?
