How to I go about ordering a replacement sim tray for the Pure?
The current one won’t hold the sim in the Sim 2 slot.
The sim just won’t stay in and keeps popping out, flying all over the place.
Sim 1 works fine.

My device also same issue. SIM2 tray doesn’t hold the SIM. Even if you force it to stay in the slot, it pops out immediately. I stay in India, and I’m not sure how can I get it replaced.

@ramamohan Please email our customer service department about this issue. I will let them know that we’ve had a couple of cases like this this.
