Phone is bricked due to software bug, warranty claim hasn’t been responded to in over a week

While I got my North American version from supporting the indigo go campaign, I haven’t been able to make my Kompakt my main phone until I moved due to an app my old complex had me use which meant I needed to keep my IPhone. After moving I was very excited to switch over my SIM card and set up my phone, but when I went to plug in my phone after it died the lightning bolt symbol showed up and the phone has been stuck on that screen ever since. After talking to customer support this was a bug that had supposedly been patched, but there is no way to restart the phone after this happens. I tried filling my warranty claim and haven’t heard anything back in over a week since I put in my claim. This combined with all the other bugs I’ve encountered since getting my phone really makes me think they rushed this to market way before it was ready and has disappointed me a lot. I still really like the idea of this phone and believe the company is trying, but I think this product was very mishandled especially for the price. I’m hopeful the updates and whatnot will help alleviate some of the issues from launch but I’m mainly just frustrated now with my phone being broken and having no way to contact someone about a replacement.

@tristan_flowers I am so sorry that you’re experiencing such a long wait in getting a response from support. I’ve personally notified @Lukasz_Siecinski, our Customer Relationship Lead to make sure this is handled with the utmost priority. Please let me know when they respond.
Again, I am sorry for this delay.

@urszula I appreciate you reaching out to them, is there anyway to check on the status of my warranty claim? I mailed my phone back almost 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive any response from support about my replacement. I’ve tried reaching out to them directly and I cannot get through to anyone.
