My phone came with OS 1.0. When I check for updates it only shows the next sequential update 1.2 > 1.3 etc. I am now trying to download 1.3, but when I click on the update button the phone says there is no internet connection. I have restarted the phone to no avail. I looked to see if I could update the phone via desktop but there is no way for me to do that as it only gives directions on how to update via the phone. I want this device to work, but this on top of the cellular network issues with ATT have been quite frustrating.
