I would think they are just moving out sent back stock, Pure is dead now

Yes. It was dropping towers and needing to restart to reconnect issue.
I hope it could be software fixed, but instead got refund. And soon found out Kompakt cant be shipped to my corner of Europe.
Sadly, OS beside Harmony updates, also does not seem to have future.

Just tried. Seems to be a confusing mechanism. If looked at white pure page, it displays only notify when avail.
Once you pick CONDITION, if avail, you get the price. But when confirming to put 1 in basket, it displays error
that quantity is not avail

Thus, only avail Pure for sale, is not purchasable :smiley:

@anon11367638 I’ve reported this to our team. They confirmed that we do have PURE units available, but there was just some tech issue with the store page. This usually happens when we have a limited stock & interested buyers put the item in stock, but then don’t finalize the purchase.

Well this is inability to put in basket in order to purchase, not holding it in.
Suggestions

  • Non avail items should not be listed in outlet / shop
  • Page does not say "select condition` so its a bit misleading. Its better if page displays
    prices per outlet state and there you make a selection.
