I’m glad that at least this issue is being handled but I’m a bit confused here, being that I am using a NA device in NA. Are you suggesting mine and astratev’s issues are not related despite the presentation being near identical, simply because my Kompakt is the NA version?

Just adding that I am on the NA version, Using Quik until group sms is supported, have had 3 confirmed missed texts.
The one missed lastnight was only 83 characters (including spaces)
Misses from iphone and android senders.
UPDATE:
Our team did some digging & here’s something to check, for all those who are not receiving all texts (randomly missing texts in a thread):
The cause may be DUPLICTE CONTACTS-
- They might be visible in Contacts app - but that is not always (you may have had some contacts stored on the SIM & the added another one manually.
- They might be hidden in Contacts database - and are currently not fixable until you factory reset your phone and import contacts correctly.
- country codes, area codes such as +48, +0 and 048 might be additional issue here. In the US if a phone number is (312) 123-4567, but you have it saved as both at +13121234567 & just 312124567, that that may cause issues.
- Google Contacts import may complicate this as well.
- As well as WhatsApp messing up and injecting its values to Contacts database can cause these issues.

Can you confirm if I factory reset the phone and reload from the back-up, will it just reload the conflicting contacts? I will test this later tonight, but don’t want to just report no fix if my reload from back-up will just re-introduce the offending contacts.
