Hi, I just tried accessing my bank account which send me a code by text as a part of their 2FA but my Kompakt doesn’t receive them …
It seems like it doens’t recongnize text messages from phone numbers that have only 3 or 4 numbers. I also tried the option of receiving a phone call giving me the code to log in, thus my Kompakt rejects the call when I answer it …
I hope this can be fixed very soon in an update as this would make the Kompakt unusable for me if it can’t receive my 2FA text.
@gabriel_lafr Thank you for reaching out & bringing this to our attention. I have not seen/experienced anything like this. I regularly get text messages (incld 2FA) from non-standard numbers. I will ask our team as to what could be causing this.
Thanks for getting back so fast ! I hope the team will be able to find out what’s going on. I already tried rebooting and removing/reinserting the sim, but I had no luck
My bad, mine are also mostly 5 digits normally (sometimes 4 digit).
What’s the weirdest is that the phone hangs up when I answer a phone call to receive a code. I’ll try out some things, if it doesn’t work out, I’ll factory reset it to see if that fixes it.
Enjoy the phone! @urszula Perhaps it is of value to keep track of issues and known solutions in an excel file? At times I see the same issues coming up on the forum with the same solutions.
@anon4838315 Thanks for the suggestion- we do have a space where we do keep this info (for company use) because people also contact support directly, before they post on the FORUM & it helps when the guys know this info as well.
