Hi there,

I received my Mudita today, so stoked. I immediately took my SIM out of my Iphone and put it into my Mudita. I have an AT&T mobile plan. I immediatly got a text from AT&T on the phone saying it was incompatible even though everything online says it should work. I brought it into an xfinity store later this afternoon to see if it’s compatible with them and they said no. How is everyone in the US using their phone? Is everyone on a prepaid SIM? Please tell me I can get this to work, I really don’t want to return it.

Hi. I assume you got the NA optimized version of the Kompakt?
I’m based in Europe and got the Global optimized version. Digitally changed my eSIM from my smartphone to the Kompakt without any issues. Out of mind I can’t think of anything which should prevent the phone working with any provider since it supports all the basic cellphone standards necessary.
