@jim_s I’m so sorry that you’re experiencing these issues. I know it must be super frustrating. Like I wrote previously, radio tests for Mudita Kompakt on AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile networks have returned positive results. So, network connection should not be a problem. eSIM functionality has also been successfully tested.
If for some reason, you are having some challenges with activating, we recommend using another device initially (just for the activation process & then moving the SIM card over to Mudita Kompakt) or manually entering the APN settings if needed. Hopefully this helps.
