I just asked respectfully if they might be able to check on my order. There’s nothing wrong with that and they can just say no. Thanks for your input, even though it’s condescending and unnecessary.
Not to mention if the delivery mechanism is not working (email notifications that minimalist4life had)

Its a little crazy to start making statements like “your opinion doesn’t matter”, in response to somebody saying “be mindful” on the mudita forum. Is reflection not allowed here?
Interesting take. I think it’s crazy to imply someone is childish because they asked for a shipping update in a NA Shipping thread.
Ordered May 8th for two NA phones and cases and got a “packed” notification. I nearly canceled cause of the need to sideload to make it more functional (Ereader, music) but this forum has given me a lot of hope.

@citruslemon you ordered last week an NA model and have already been notified of Packed? I ordered on 4/20/25 for NA and have yet to receive notification. Congrats btw!
@ryanness sorry, I misspoke. I ordered May 8th. But yeah I got a “PACKED NEW” notification. We ordered one black and white. Not sure if colors are mattering. Hoping yours ships or already shipped!
I hope so as well. I ordered a black phone. I did actually reach out to support for changing the case color to sage after seeing how nice it looked on phones in the wild. Maybe that affected the timing. Regardless, I think i’m not far off with how your order is progressing.
While I understand the defensiveness of others regarding the ‘hysteria’ and do think it’s fine if people want to check their tracking info, I think your point is a fair one and that we really should let the Mudita team get things done with as little interference as possible. I’m embarrassed with how many times I’ve been checking the forum to see what the status of shipping is… all in the effort to unplug from as many distractions in life… what does that say about me
It says you’re human. Personally, I know this phone is my key to throwing out my current phone which is why I am so impatient. I can’t wait to be rid of it and disconnect.
At this point I’m not going to bug Support unless I haven’t received an email or the phone by 5/30. Until then I’m assuming the email didn’t go out for some reason.
