Hi! I placed an order for two phones one for my wife and the other for me in January through Indiegogo. Even though I updated my address immediately when I got the offer letter from my new job out of state with Indiegogo you all still shipped my phone to the wrong address. Now UPS is saying I cannot change the delivery address that only you can since it is an international order. Can someone please get back to me so that our phones do not go to the wrong address!!!

I’m also a kickstarter backer. Still no packing/shipping email. Pretty disappointed that despite ordering months before the indiegogo folks, my order is being ignored.

Thanks to whomever said to check the ups app. I checked since I got the Packed email but it looks like mine is in route and should get here next week! Definitely check ups if you haven’t got an email.

I was backer 1081 , I bet you yours has shipped, contact customer support and they will give you a tracking number, no way mine left before yours. I had same issue I got no email notification but they looked into it and gave me my ups tracking today and it had left the warehouse yesterday which I had no clue of until today

Mine gave me a date of Monday and had the status on the way but now there is no date of arrival and it changed from on the way to in stock, not sure what that means and it also says:
The parcel is held safely until customs clearance or clarification.

Definitely looks like a customs thing. It seems to me maybe they either opened the box to check the contents and put a new label on, or just put a new label on it in general after passing inspection. I could be wrong though.

I’m kickstarter backer 368. Got mine yesterday! It works great, my thoughts are here. The only thing I’m confused on is that I’m still on software 1.0.0, but it says it’s up to date.

Yeah thats weird, mine is stuck in poland still in customs according to ups lol, what a let down because it initially said I was going to get it Monday lol, I know ups is slow to update sometimes so I am hoping it got out of Poland, at this point I am sick and tired of waiting for this phone lol,

@minimalist4life Hi, mine is stuck in a warehouse as well with message “The package is in a secure facility pending clearance or resolution.”. It earlier showed monday but not anymore. And it’s for canada, so mostly it was supposed to be shipped with yours ig. Bummer as its a weekend so it may remained stuck there till Monday now.
