Yeah more people on reddit that were indiegogog backers got shipping notficiations, one guy ordered the phone like 3-4 months ago and het got a shipping notification, kind of frustrated that I am a kickstarter backer and I have not gotten any notification yet and it seems to be crickets today from mudita, trying to be patient of course I just thought we had an order to the shipping ensuring kickstarter backers went first, my case was accidentally shipped last month, not sure why my kompakt has not shipped, unless it did , but i checked my spam I don;t see anything in there

Just to clarify I got “Packed New” which is not actually a shipping notice.

Hey at this point i would LOVE that notification lol, just sucks its almost friday and i wanted the phone to at least be shipped by then, think they got our hopes up by saying all kickstarter orders could be shipped out by end of day 10pm yesterday, don’t think that ended up happening

yes, I had the packed new notice yesterday and the tracking number today. When I checked the tracking number it did have activity prior to the notification e-mail about having a tracking number, so i assume there are some API or feed delays from the courier.

Were you kickstarter? I never got an email notification but they looked into it for me and it had left the warehouse yesterday and then they gave me a UPS tracking link that shows its coming Monday, fingers crossed it doesn’t have any delays getting out of poland

I’m indiegogo #315 but someone two days ago got their shipping notification who was indiegogo #253. Hoping my situation is similar to yours!

Yeah I would check with them directly, because I literally had no clue that my phone left the warehouse yesterday until today lol, I am hoping yours has left to my friend

I don’t think it’s a good idea for every buyer to personally initiate an investigation into their delivery status. The team already seems to be more than busy with its primary tasks. We’re all adults who strive for a simplified and focused life, which isn’t really compatible with hysteria about a phone’s delivery date.
