Hey Guys-
Just got my Kompakt this weekend, and I love many things about it (with the exception of no group texting! I need that, ASAP).
I’m trying to figure out how to import music via the Mudita center… I thought there would be a music section on the mudita center app but that application is barebones. Also, I’m working with a MAC mini computer so my music files upload to Apple Music app… Any help would be appreciated!
Hello
At the moment, it’s not possible to import music via Mudita Center. Here’s a guide for Mac users that another member wrote: Customer support thread (all questions welcome) - #154 by denguefeber

That’s being worked on. It will be included in a future update.
As for the Music Upload- Are you trying to transfer your music from the APPLE MUSIC app?
Yes when cds are uploaded the only music player available on apple computers is the default apple one.

@Ecokafenio OK Got it. I’m not familiar with Apple (sorry for the questions) So, you don’t have them stored a separate files anywhere else? Is that how apple works?
Yes- the Apple Music app is the default for uploading music files on a Mac.

Please refer to the manual as mentioned by the comment below your opening post.
It is NOT possible to transfer music from the Apple music app. You need to find the imported files (use spotlight to search for .mp3 .aac or .flac and import these using the aforementioned manual. As of right now it is a little complex.

Using a Mac you’ll need 3rd party software for your computer to recognize an android device as an external drive. You’ll need a program like Macdroid or OpenMTP. Either one will be fine. Look up some tutorials. On your Kompakt make sure USB settings are for file transfer. Once your computer recognizes the phone, in the SD folder there is another folder called music. Just drag and drop your files into there. Good luck
