Good morning, is there a specific date where we could upgrade our software and be able to transfer music directly from the control center Software? We need this upgrade. Thank you

Are you a Mac user? Because otherwise it is not an issue.

That’s the problem, for me that I am a Mac user and I have triedwith different apps, but they are charging you, of course, or they are donated basic, and I just don’t wanna pay money for that, I just wanna use the feature that the telephone has

I had issues connecting to Mac as well but it is currently working with OpenMTP which is fully free not shareware like MacDroid.
You need to set it into Legacy mode, phone has to be unlocked. After connecting hit refresh icon.
After doing so it allowed me to send files to the phone.
