Mudita Support is Awesome

I just wanted to post this because I have seen some flack on this forum against the support team at times.

I recently had my fingerprint scanner go out on my Mudita Kompakt and I emailed support about it. They got back to me promptly and offered for me to send the device in for repairs for free, postage paid. I was able to send the device in and I received it back, fully functional after just three weeks (and that’s great time since it had to go all the way from the USA to Poland!).

It’s awesome that the team was willing to handle all this for free, even though I’m probably outside of any warranty that may have come with the device. Great job support team!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, @dlsellers!

We’re really happy to hear that everything went smoothly and that your Mudita Kompakt is back with you, fully functional. We know how inconvenient it can be to send a device in for repair, especially all the way from the US to Poland, so it’s great to hear that the process felt quick and straightforward.

I’ve already passed your kind words along to our Support Team. Feedback like this means a lot to them, and to all of us. Thank you again for sharing your experience with the community! :yellow_heart:

I completely agree with you, they fixed my problem with not receiving group chats and now I’m up to date on everything.

(also I love your profile picture, @dlsellers . Brings back memories)

That’s awesome! I’m happy to hear that.

Thanks! You’re probably the first person I’ve seen online who has recognized Fred. We’re using Life of Fred with our kids right now in homeschool and they are loving it.

I was homeschooled my whole life, and that is what we mainly used until highschool. He’s great.
