It appears the my Mudita Pure even though I leave it on the charger overnight it still needs one bar to fully charge. Is this by design to protect the battery? If I remove the charger and plug it again it doesn’t charge more

Your Pure is only charging until approx 85% & never to 100% FULLY CHARGED?
Hi! Thanks for reaching out! I cant’ say for sure, but this issue can be caused by the faulty cable. Please try charging with another USB-C cable and let us know if that helped.

I have restarted the phone and used a different cable and it managed to completely charge. Thank you
