I just wanted to post a topic on here as my Mudita Kompakt’s screen has stopped responding this afternoon. I am still receiving message notifications, and the “on” button still responds with a vibration when held (and all other buttons respond in this way too), but the screen is just stuck on the lock screen and won’t show anything else.
Is there any way of taking the battery in and out of the Kompakt? I thought this might give me an option for trying to reboot it.
I have submitted a help request on Mudita Center but I thought I would post it on here too as any help would be much appreciated.
@jrace3 So sorry to hear that you’re experiencing some issues. Please try and press and hold POWER button for around 30 seconds & see if the phone restarts.
Thank you for your response - I’ve now spoken with the support team and they helped me to resolve this issue by doing a hard reset through the boot menu. All now sorted.
