I encounter this issue with the French keyboard layout but I suspect this is valid for any language that uses diacritics:
A major problem with Mudita Kompakt native keyboard is that you have to type the correct diacritic letter if you want the suggested word to pop.
For example the word “téléphone” will never be suggested if one type “telep”. One have to type “télép” instead, which is annoying since you have to take time to select the exact specials characters.
Same happens with “façon”: one need to start typing “faç” because “fac” is not considered as similar.
Could you make word suggestion not diacritic-sensitive in the future? Thanks!
I had already reported problems with the keyboard regarding text suggestions. Unfortunately, there has been no feedback yet as to whether the keyboard will be reworked. The text suggestions are either illegible, see image, or only appear once the word has already been written. The dictionary also does not remember words that you write often and suggest them, nor can you save your own words. The response is also still a bit slow, and the vibration often comes with a delay after pressing a key. It would be really great if this could be revised, because I would really like to use the keyboard.
I currently use Futo, but I don’t really want any additional apps on my Kompakt and would simply be happy if all the preinstalled apps worked satisfactorily.

On a another note: I wish Mudita would set up a bug tracker for things like this, so that all the suggestions aren’t scattered across rogue forum posts here and there and tend to be forgotten.
Yes, a bug tracker would be really good. There are quite a few bugs that have been around since the beginning and still haven’t been fixed. As others have already mentioned, I would also appreciate it if bugs were fixed occasionally rather than always waiting until the next major release. So instead of having to wait for 1.5.0, how about version 1.4.1 with minor fixes? For example, for the audio player, which sorts songs alphabetically in folders instead of by track number. Things like that should be quick to fix. Or like with the 1.2.0 update, the SMS problem. That should have been fixed urgently with a small fix instead of waiting until the next major update.
