I fully charged the new harmony, updated the software and set it up, all very easily. I notice the e-ink screen resetting every 10 min or so. What is this about and is this normal?

@nushka Can you be more specific what you mean by “resetting”???
An eInk screen has this thing called “ghosting” where it looks the screen is blinking when the numbers change. Is this what you’re seeing? If you can send a video that would be great. It’s hard for me to determine if your screen is ghosting or if there is something else going on.
@urszula I think she means that the whole screen goes black for a blink of an eye every few minutes.
@nushka I think this behavior is wanted because eInk screens tend to ghost when they are not refreshed completely every once in a while.
Even my Kindle e-reader does this every few page turns and when going into sleep and waking up.
