Hey,
I bought a harmony at the tail end of last year and love it. However, recently I noticed the sound from the speakers has become rather crackly and now no sound whatsoever coming from the speaker.
Have tried hard and soft resets, turning off and on, checking for updates but still nothing.
Please help! I’ve essentially got an alarm clock that can’t wake me up lol
