I’m trying to delete my stored fingerprint in the Kompakt due to the hypersensitivity of the scanner and the constant pocket dials and general unwanted phone usage while in my pocket. However, I cannot access the “Manager Fingerprints” option - as soon as I click it and enter my passcode the phone screen turns black (besides the keyboard) and freezes the phone up, forcing me to restart it. Would love some help on this, as the hypersensitivity of the fingerprint scanner is a serious detriment to the user friendliness of the phone. Thanks a bunch.
