Hi! Keyboard “folds away” when I attempt to write responses in sideloaded Outlook. New emails works. Perhaps need another keyboard? Or some other work around? Thanks!

Yup. That is correct

@jonas155 It could be that the sideloaded app (the layout of it) is not compatible with the native app. Perhaps see if you can sideload an alternative keyboard.
