Interesting… I’m also from the UK and I pre-ordered on April 5th, yet haven’t received anything in terms of it being packed yet.

@philmonge All KS & Indiegogo orders have gone out. There are some individual stragglers (like 6-10 orders) where there are issue with the address- but that’s being handled with our customer service. You should have gotten your tracking. Let me know if you have not.

Similar to what @damian1 reported, here is how a UPS shipment from Mudita to the USA can look at the UPS website when the shipment is delayed:
This matches my shipment-tracking experience with pre-Kompakt orders.

I think they will finish all preorders today like @urszula wrote on monday. I am an end January indiegogo backer and now received 3 status update mails from Mudita within the last 3 hours. And then later i am sure i will receive an UPS or DPD Mail. We will all be happy in the end

We were intending to ship chronologically, However, while shipping Global orders, we encountered some unexpected technical challenges. To overcome them, we had to split shipments into batches based on the destination regions, rather than the order of pledges. Like I mentioned here, our marketing manager @pawel_pacewicz informed me that all Indiegogo orders have shipped except for a few that had some address issues (those are being handled individually)
This means that some backers might receive their packages in a slightly different order than expected. Please rest assured – our team is shipping out multiple batches every business day to get your device to you as quickly as possible!

Pretty identical story here – I’m also in the UK and ordered on 18th April. Oddly, I haven’t received any notification yet regarding packing or shipping. Strange.

Well mine has just arrived! I actually thought it was a different parcel when collecting from the drop-off shop. But very happy to see Mudita printed on the box! I must say, I wasn’t going to comment on the arrival of mine but after unpacking the Kompakt and holding it in my hand, this phone is absolutely unbelievable in a physical way! It’s the perfect size, the perfect shape and feels SO premium, I can’t believe it’s not a nice smooth powder-coated aluminium. Mudita has knocked it out of the park with this one. If anyone with a Pure thinks the Kompakt is going to feel and seem similar then you’ll be very wrong, as I was. I cannot wait to get this phone up and running! Well done Mudita, well done.
