Yes, it is being held hostage. I’m not sure, I know they had some National Holidays earlier in May, and we had our Bank Holiday weekend… so maybe it’s a combo of the two?
I know, I gave up on my hopeful wait and went out too!

yeah im hoping its just a customs clearance thing out of Poland and the holidays postponed it to today sometime and as you say, itll be here overnight… i hope. 
not sure why it would get stuck longer than that
I’m in the same position as the few previous comments. In the UK and it’s been held in “a secure facility pending clearance or resolution” I.e. A warehouse, since 2nd May. Hopefully something moves along soon.
I’m in the same boat in the UK and mine is still showing in Poland.
That almost empty page you get to when you click the track my shipment link confused me as well as it’s just the two numbers. I found out quite by chance that if you click he bottom number it redirects you to UPS tracking
It’s very shoddy though to send an email saying “Your order is on its way” with a tracking link which leads to a virtually blank page that doesn’t even tell you which courier is being used. It’s mind-boggling.
I think it is likely a customs thing, as we are no longer in the EU. My tracking says: The parcel is in a secure facility pending clearance or resolution.

@petemeister Not that I am aware of. It could be an issue with the courier site, but that’s outside of our control.
I have another package from the EU coming around the same time and it cleared in a day. granted the polish holidays might have held things up, if thats the case i would expect UPS to shift UK orders tonight into the UK… if not, then somethings up as even with paperwork theres really no delays getting things into the UK these days.
I also have the exact same message as you, seems like most people with UK orders shipped late last week are sat in Poland still

NA WAITING INTENSIFIES 
I just unpacked the Kompakt and starting to set it up. But I can already tell I will love this device.
The design is 10/10. The packaging with the meditation cards and the cloth bag is amazing details and the e-ink screen is very calming for the eyes.
God I can’t wait to get mine, thank god I have the case lol, I have been holding it …I am a grown man…
