I have had a few issues where messages haven’t sent and more worryingly I haven’t been able to receive phone calls even though I have full signal. My friend tried to call me whilst he was standing next to me and it just said the mobile number you have called is unavailable. Has anybody else had any similar issues?
I have not had that problem, but I wonder whether your Kompakt is configured properly for your provider. My provider notices every time that I move my SIM card from one cellphone to another and somehow ‘pushes’ all of the ‘connection credentials’ into the current cellphone. I wonder whether your provider did not perform this auto-configuration when you moved your SIM card into your Kompakt.
I hope this is not the case when mine gets here! This is exactly what happened to me when I had the Pure so when I read posts like this describing issues withe Kompakt I get nervous!
@reggie99 This is definitely a configuration issue.
Can you share your settings?
I can say confidently that we have not had these type of issues reported when everything is configured properly.
I believe the most efficient way to solve this will be via Support. Could you please send them a message to support@mudita.com, explaining the situation and attaching the pictures showing different settings that @urszula had you post?
I’ve got this issue with the Pure at the moment. I’ve had to switch out to a Light Phone temporarily because I keep missing important calls…
Full reception, but they just don’t come through. I know I get the call because I get a text message saying I have a voicemail. It doesn’t ring or come up with a missed call at all!
It’s not the same as the Kompact obviously, and it doesn’t happen all the time – but I wonder if it’s a bug across all Mudita mobile phone software?

Pure & Kompakt have different software, so it can’t be that. Even though both phones have eink, it’s a different operating system that works on the inside. With Pure- the low sar antenna could be the issue (but I can’t be sure).
Ahhh, I seeeee. Hm, thought that they might be similar because they’re “related” so to speak, haha, but I guess not ![]()
