Founded Notification Log in the app list. And if I open it I can see a list of notifications. Seems not very useful like that.
But thanks for the explanation.
What sort of bugs with InkOs when Mudita launcher is not active in V1.4?

It’s not an inkOS bug, it’s a bug in MuditaOS / Manage Apps / Default apps that appeared for some people. Not for everyone.
@gezimos I’m testing last.fm for scrobbling my music from Fossify Music, however after installing it, I get a notification sound for every song, and sometimes mid-song. Do you have any clue why this would be happening? Might it be compatibility issues since it’s from Aurora Store? Also, sorry in advance if it’s nothing to do with InkOS.
No clue, but definitely not related to inkOS. It doesn’t have such functionality.
My recommendation activate Notification Log in SystemShortcuts (inkos/extras).
Then go to appdrawer Open Notification log, and see if LastFM/Fossify music is sending any notification to Android in there.
Maybe this helps u find out what’s happening
It was indeed last.fm sending the notifications. I was able to silence the notifications via the notification log. Thank you so much for helping me out!
I’m able to receive/see notifications on my Home Screen. As an example I received an alert and preview from WhatsApp last night and did not click on it or open the app. However, this morning, the notification disappeared. Do notifications only stay active for a certain time period (10h?)? If not, might you know why it disappeared without it being clicked on?
Different from the Letter Notifications, the home notifications are dynamic so they’re not cached. If system removes them they will disappear. It’s not just tied to the app opening.
There could be reasons like Whatsapp sent a summary notification which I filter not to appear because they litter the screen and are useless (the type of 2x message from 2x people) instead of showing you the actual message notification).
Or if you open it on your computer, Whatsapp will retract the notification from the other devices and it should disappear from your home screen.
Hi Gezimos and everyone else. The music widget that used to work is now not working. I use it for Spotify. I don’t know where I went wrong, or do I need to enable some permissions in the settings?
@janlo it’s not working at all? or it stops after a while?
With the last 1.4.0 update I think Mudita made some changes, I’ve noticed that the audio widget gets removed after a min or so for Auxio music player. (use to work fine in 1.3.0)
i haven’t tested spotify, so let me know how it acts
It worked quite well, but sometimes I noticed that the widget wasn’t there. Now I have Inkos 1.4.0, and I can’t activate the widget even though the music widget is activated in the inkos settings. Do I need to grant some permissions in the inkos app to access Spotify?
Requires notification permission. If those are working the AudioWidget should work as well.
In settings>notifications>home notification allowlist¬ification allowlist is spotify allowed
No, in Notifications click the push notifications switch, the permission dialog will open and see if inKos is under “allowed”. if it’s not add it.
Then keep push notifications toggled.
there is allowed. Real time, Conversations and Notifications. And notifications toggled. One thing i have changed is light theme to dark theme
I’m not sure then, I don’t have spotify to test it.
Try with other audio apps like calmcast, or a third-party music app and see if it works.
I have no other third party music app. Iĺl try to download some and then report you. Thanks
@janlo Managed to login in my Spotify and test it.
The audio widget is working properly.
I don’t know you might have changed settings in Spotify to disable notifications or something. Try to uninstall Spotify or reset data in inkos and start from scratch.
ok i wil try it
Solved, reseting Inkos, clear spotify data and logged back into Spotify account. Thank You
im trying to disable the mudita interface, but having some trouble with the command
pm disable-user --user 0 com.mudita.launcher
